NO MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS
ALL PRICES SHOWN ARE AT WHOLESALE. DEPENING ON THE AMOUNT OF ODERS RECEIVED SOME ITEMS MAY BE OUT OF STOCK AND NOT TAKEN OFF THE SITE YET. WE WILL NOTIFY YOU AND YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR THE OUT OF STOCK ITEMS.

WHOLESALE BUYERS :
l business tax numbers such as State Sales Tax number, EIN, Business License, Vendor license, and Flea Market License will be honored for internet tax exemption sale. Register your business for wholesale pricing. Arizona Buyers without a state resale certificate number (such as City issued Sales tax number, Business License, Vendor License, Flea Market License, EIN) may make a purchase but a 9.00% sales tax will be added.
Return & Exchange on Costume Jewelry:
We examine all the merchandise for quality control. We will try our best to provide quality products to our customers.
1. All Returns should be notified to us within 4 days of delivery of goods.
2. Return Authorization is required for any return : Any return without an authorization number will be refused. Shipping Charge will not be credited.
3. A store credit minus shipping charge will be given for defective item(s) only.
4. A copy of the invoice must be sent with return merchandise and the RA# WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. NO RA# ON THE OUTSIDE OF PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED.
5. Unless an RMA number is requested within 4 business days after the receipt of the merchandise, and the return items are postmarked within 3 business days from the receipt of the RMA number, return will not be processed and no credit will be issued under any circumstances.
6. There will be a 30% restocking charge on returned merchandise that is neither damaged nor defective AND MUST BE IN ABSOLUTE ORIGINAL CONDITION OR A CREDIT WILL NOT BE GIVEN.
7. All returns must be in original condition including damaged or defective items. The credit will not be issued to the return items without the complete original packaging materials. Product must be without, but not limited to ,any signs of use , odor or stain.
ViVi's Returns on ViVi's Designer Lines BEWITCHED & JET SET AND & HAND CRAFTED ITEMS: ONLY damaged items can be returned with an approval and RMA #. Depending upon the judgement of our management a replacement or repair of product may only be authorized. We are not responsible for lost or damaged boxes to or from your shipping address, If you want to be sure then insure your package for the cost of the product. Shipping and handling is not refunded. Your RA# MUST BE ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR PACKAGE or it will be refused. All refunds will take 4 - 6 weeks to to be credited.
Shipping Policy:
NON CUSTOM ORDERS : Orders typically ship out next day however please allow 1-2 days for your order to process. We will try hard to ship 100% of your order. However, we do not guarantee it. If the difference is significant, we will contact you for your approval before shipping. We ship USPS or UPS.
VIVI's DESIGNER LINES BEWITCHED & JET SET ORDERS: Orders usually ship out within 1 week but can take up to 2-4 weeks. This is because each piece is hand crafted and depends upon the time of year and demand. Please consider this when you order. We ship custom orders UPS or USPS.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages to or from your shipping address. If you want to be sure then insure your purchase. Request to be billed for the additional cost to cover your purchase to sales@viviskinny.com
